 Since leaving the banking sector, Andy has been a director of multiple companies in multiple industries. This includes tourism, flood defense, utilities and a swimming school. On top of this, Andy co-founded Pryme Homes with his son Mark in 2008. Andy takes the lead with day-to-day management of Pryme Homes activities.

 Mark invested in his first property in 2006 at the age of 20, when he invested in a new build in George, South Africa. Post this, Mark went on to co-found Pryme Homes with his father, Andy in 2008 and since then has continued to invest and develop properties and impact investment opportunities across the UK and Africa.

 Monojit joined Pryme Homes Ltd in January 2021 supporting the directors with the day-to-day administration of the business. Since joining the team, Monojit has help to progress many aspects of the business
